The Firm

A Note on Purpose

Neutrilin Holdings Ltd. is a private holding company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We are not a fund, not a promoter, and not in the business of chasing returns. We are long-term owners of a small number of assets and businesses, held with patience and quiet stewardship.

The company was formed to consolidate family interests across real assets and private operating businesses — a structure for holding, not for transacting. Our horizon is measured in decades, not quarters.

Our approach is unremarkable on purpose. We buy well, we hold quietly, and we do not disturb what already works. Where a business needs capital and calm stewardship, we can provide both. Where an asset needs care and attention over time, we stay.

The name reflects our view of capital — that durable value sits on a neutral line, neither chasing upside nor fleeing downside, but holding its balance across cycles. When the beam stays level, compounding happens.

Income-producing property and land held for the long term across Ontario and select Canadian markets. Acquired quietly, managed steadily, and rarely sold.

Direct equity in founder-led businesses where continuity matters and the operator wants a permanent partner. We invest our own capital and stay on boards where it serves the business.

Private Partnerships

Selective co-investment alongside other family offices and long-term partners. Joint ventures are structured conservatively, with terms that favour clarity over complexity.

Treasury & Holdings

Cash, near-cash instruments, and passive holdings managed for stability. The role of the treasury is not to maximise return, but to ensure the firm is never forced to sell at a bad moment.

How We Think

Most of the value of any long-lived asset comes from the years it is held, not the day it is bought. We are willing to wait, and to do nothing, when doing nothing is the right answer.

Modest leverage, clear structures, and businesses we understand. We would rather compound quietly at a reasonable rate than chase a headline return and lose the principal.

We do not publish, we do not chase press, and we do not need to be visible. Our reputation is built with the people who know us and the assets we hold.

The people we work with matter more than the paperwork. We back operators we would want to be in business with for decades, and we treat every relationship as if it were the last one we would ever have.
